Emerson’s tutu cake

Posted on: March 27, 2011

I had the honor of making a tutu cake for Emerson’s birthday party. Having it be a tutu themed party, I though that this cake was perfect for it. The bright colors were perfect too. As you can see there is a 2 with sequins around it on the top of the cake, that was really fun to make too. The tutu is made up of four rows of hearts put upside down. I think

that the polka dotsĀ andĀ orange bow add the perfect finishing touches to this cute little cake, happy birthday Emerson.

(I created a matching pull string pinata to go with this cake too.)
